After sitting at the computer or your laptop for long periods of time watching variety shows/dramas/social networking or surfing the internet it’s mostly likely that you lose track of time, because the internet it like narnia, this awesome time warped place :P lol
Some fans are more than capable to have physical activities done in their lives, eg sport, swimming, but there are fans who aren’t as motivated. Some fans exercise via doing kpop dances which is great but the moves are much more complex and it’s easy to get distracted by watching your idols.
Here’s a fantastic alternative that i thought you guys would like to try:
Zumba: Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba exercises include music with fast and slow rhythms and resistance training for fitness and losing weight. Basically all you have to do is copy the instructors moves. The moves are designed to work almost every muscle in your body and are simple so that you can easily follow along. Just because the moves are simple doesn’t mean it’s easy though!
I’m sure most of you have already heard of it, many gyms and fitness centres run zumba classes. However i came across a fantastic KPOP zumba video on youtube and thought if you guys could easily learn KPOP dances from internet why not exercise? It’s exactly the same concept, just watch and copy the moves. A definite fun alternative to exercise.
It’s also fantastic seeing such a diverse group of people working out to KPOP songs, you have to give it a go! Good luck and have fun!
